Mango Float

Layers of graham crackers, sweetened whipped cream, and ripe mango make up this Filipino icebox dessert. Chill everything, especially the cream, condensed milk, glass dish, mixing bowl, and mixer beaters. This will help the cream whip faster and everything to come together nicely during assembly. Serve the float slightly frozen or thawed before serving. Serve with your preferred dessert wine, cocktail, coffee, or tea!

Cordon Bleu

A cordon bleu is a traditional dish that consists of meat wrapped around cheese, breaded, and pan-fried or deep-fried. Many baked versions of classic French recipes, such as this one, are available.

Chopsueys

Chop Suey is a stir-fried vegetable dish with meats like chicken and pork. Shrimp and other seafood can also be included. This chop suey recipe is unique in that it contains almost every ingredient. The recipe called for chicken, pork, shrimp, and boiled quail eggs, as well as fresh vegetables.
